Obituary

Concord

Sarah Kelley Palser passed away Wednesday November 13, 2019 at her home with her family by her side. She was born November 4, 1934 in Dallas Texas to the late Manuel D Kelley and the late Eva Moon Kelley.

Sarah leaves behind her loving husband of 64 years, Edgar Palser; her daughter, Kelley Ann Haskins & husband, Jimmy Haskins; grandchildren, Keely Gorski and Krystal Baucom; great grandchildren, Wesley Gorski, April McMahan and Trey Baucom.

She is also preceded in death by her brother, William Kelley and her sister, Dorothy Fortenberry.

The family will receive friends Saturday November 16, 2019 1:00 pm until 1:45 pm at Concord First Assembly Church, 150 Warren C. Coleman Blvd. Funeral Service will begin at 2 pm, officiated by Dr. Doug Witherup. Burial will immediately follow at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis.

Sarah was very smart and extremely talented. She held a Master’s Degree and worked many years as a Social Worker. She enjoyed playing the piano and the organ and loved shopping.

She will truly be missed by everyone who knew her.

We always enjoyed her piano playing
She opened her home for a ladies Bible study which I enjoyed. We had such a good time when Sarah and Edgar visited Dallas and came to see us. She was a special lady
